- You will need to purchase a ticket for every person in your group (children included, infants free).

- WAITANGI DAY SPECIAL - $5 for groups. Each ticket to PYO costs $4 per adult, $3 per senior (65+) and $2 per child (3 - 11).

- Minimum pick of 500g (about half an ice cream container). There is NO MAXIMUM.

- Booking fees are non-refundable. If you do not come to the session you booked, we will not be able to reschedule your booking. You will need to rebook online when more sessions are available.

- PYO is weather dependent. If it's raining we will reschedule you to the next session or refund the booking fee if you can't make the rescheduled session.

- Participants will give the name of their booking on entry. 

- Event shows approximately 1 hour but picking sessions will be 1.5 hours long
